Osborn Learnership Application Details 2022
An exciting opportunity has arisen for young unemployed youths to participate in a very rewarding learnership programme . We have prospectus to implement four learnership programmes that aim to develop skills and competence. This will be done in addition to their current responsibility. Successfully completing the learnership will result in a NQF aligned certificate.
Learnership Programmes We Offer:
1. Business Admin X 2
2. Generic Management
3. Production Technology
How it Works
The candidate is required to, after a successful application, partake in a 12-month
programme during which he/she will be assigned by Osborn to an accredited training
centre/institution. The learnership will offer theoretical elements aligned to a NQF level
where the learners will be required to complete both the theoretical and practical
components of the learnership. The learner is to attend two days per month at the relevant
institution over the learnership period to obtain a qualification/competence in the relevant
field.

The following are modules that are covered in this programme
– Numeracy

– Administration of Project (Support Role)
Requirements:
The following minimum requirements apply to Business Administration, Generic
Management and Production Technology
– Grade 12
– Good Communication Skills
– Energy and a drive to learn
– Basic Computer skills would be advantageous
