The following Internship Opportunties are open for applications:
HR / Human Resource Intern
- Must have a Degree or National Diploma in: Human Resource Management
Accounting Intern
- Must have a Degree or National Diploma in: Accounting
Responsibilities HR Intern:
- Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings.
- Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management.
- Assist to handle labour disputes and remedy any issues and employee might have.
- Initiate and monitor training and orientation plans for new starters.
- Assist with the exiting process of employees
- Manage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees.
- To some extent be involved with payroll and provident fund/pension enquiries.
Responsibilities Accounting Intern:
- Assist with AR reconciliations and the balance sheet reconciliations, particularly fixed assets and SLAN as well as assisting with the general ledger accounting and month-end closing
- Timely and accurate month and quarter closing reporting
- Internal audit report – based on number of findings and severity of these applicable to finance
